Welcome Home to the Medlock Area Neighborhood and Clairmont Heights. This family oriented neighborhood is one of the only locations left that is close to downtown Decatur that has a nice community and still has affordable housing. Couple that with the fact that it is unincorparated Dekalb County, which means no city of Decatur taxes, and you get great value.

We have been in the Decatur area for over twenty years and we have found that this Medlock neighborhood is one of the most friendly, well situated areas we have been in.
